A Detroiter through and through, Kishon got started in business aged 12, filing papers in a law firm that was representing her grandmother. There, she learned the importance of building good relationships, developing an impeccable work ethic and identifying and acting on the possibility of a fulfilling investment – putting some of her wages towards buying stock in Donna Karan, her favorite fashion brand at the time.

Today, as Director of Commercial Real Estate for Century Partners and Director of Commercial Leasing and Sales for PREP, Kishon gets to use some of the skills she learned all those years ago, and some more she has acquired along the way. A proud graduate of Detroit public schools and the University of Michigan, Kishon is living proof that tough negotiation skills and entrepreneurial drive can go together with an altruistic passion for making the dreams of others come true while leading with the heart. Meeting her clients’ needs and supporting others as they build meaningful legacy is Kishon’s primary motivation.

At Century Partners and PREP, she is excited to help expand the commercial arm of business sustained by core values of morality, integrity and a real team spirit. For Kishon, identifying opportunity, as well as strategizing and planning for growth go hand-in-hand with her love for her home city. A fitness and workout enthusiast who smashes her goals in the gym just as she does in the office, one of her favorite pastimes is unwinding on exotic faraway beaches and discovering new cities and cultures. But while Kishon is always planning her next trip, and her motto is comedian Trevor Noah’s words that “travel is the antidote to ignorance”, she says there is no doubt in her mind that Detroit will always be home.
